Popup Sale

Volunteers Needed!

This Saturday, September 26 from 9:30am to 3:00pm

We need several volunteers to work at our "pop up" tent sale on Saturday. As we did last Saturday, we will be setup in front of Donaldson's Barber Shop, 412 1st North St. Morristown. We will be selling signs, bumper stickers, buttons and other Democratic merchandise, as well as giving a friendly wave to all our supporters and passersby.

We will meet at the HCDP Headquarters at 910 West Main Street at 9:30am. From there we will head over to Donaldson's and setup shop. Whether you can volunteer for the whole time or just part of the time, all are welcome (and needed!)

If you have not yet done so, CLICK HERE to sign up to be on our mailing list, and indicate that you would like to volunteer. Then drop an email to contacthcdp@gmail.com and let us know when you can help out. We can also answer any questions you might have about this event

Can't make it this Saturday? Don't worry there are PLENTY of opportunities to volunteer. You can help out at headquarters, make phone calls or work at another upcoming pop up sale event. Be sure to CLICK HERE to get on the volunteer list!

Candidate Meet & Greet a Success!

On Friday, September 4th, the Hamblen County Democratic party held a "meet and greet your candidates" event. The event was very well attended. Area Democrats turned out masked and ready to meet our local Tennessee candidates on the November ballot. We spread across the lawn and shared a sense of hope for a better future. Electing these candidates could make that happen! Marquita Bradshaw is our Democratic candidate for the U.S. Senate, and Blair Walsingham is running for the District 1, House seat in Congress. Both candidates fully addressed any and all questions from our party members, and we will be detailing their responses and platforms in our October Newsletter. Get to know them.
